Description of services:

Care management services are beneficial for families wanting on-going professional guidance, families with time limitations, families out of the area, or older adults without family support. Once needs are identified, care management services assist with implementing the recommended plan for care. Care management services can also include monitoring the older adult on a regular basis to make sure that needs are met through the aging process. The care manager can also coordinate care with other providers and family members. These services can save families valuable time and money.

Alleva Home Care

We believe that home care should not be a luxury, and provide all necessary services to allow individuals to stay as independent as possible for as long as possible for as little as possible. In addition to our Activities of Daily Living, provided by competent, caring professionals, we also offer our clients a number of beneficial in-home services such as: massage therapy, art therapy, barber/hairstylist, adaptable yoga, and a personal chef service. Also, joining our Home Care Reservation program allows people to reserve home care services on demand. Serving King and parts of Snohomish and Pierce counties.
